PCC: Skin and Wound App

Summary


Nursing staff may need assistance signing into the PCC Skin and Wound app.

This application is primarily accessed on tablets or mobile devices.

The device must be connected to the facility's corporate wireless network rather than any guest network.

A) SSO Only Users


  • Users with the Single Sign-On Login Only feature checked in their PCC profile cannot access this application without their OKTA credentials.

  • Displayed below is the login screen the user sees when opening the application.

  • Advise the user to use [Redacted] as the organization code and not to use a username in this textbox.

  • The user will then view this screen. Advise them to continue.

B) Non-SSO Only Users


  • Reset the PCC password for non-SSO users, and this will grant them entry.
