A) SSO Only Users

• Users with the Single Sign-On Login Only feature checked in their PCC profile cannot access this application without their OKTA credentials.

• Advise the user to use [Redacted] as the organization code and not to use a username in this textbox.
  

Skin and Wound App Home Page

• The user will then view this screen. Advise them to continue. 
  

PCC Permission Prompt

• The user will then use this screen. Advise the user to sign in with their OKTA credentials.

B) Non-SSO Only Users

• Reset the PCC password for non-SSO users, and this will grant them entry.
