MyUnity: User Termination Procedure
Summary
This article details the termination process for a [Redacted] MyUnity account.
A manager must make user management requests for any user.

A) Accessing MyUnity Environment
1) Log in to [Redacted].
2) Click on Setup > Security.
3) Select Users, then click Update User Privileges.
4) Search for the user by their first and last names, then click Search.
5) Click on the user in the Choose User list.
6) Click the Inactive Date button and set the date for the termination date.
7) Select the Also terminate from personnel file checkbox.
8) Click Update User.
9) In the Are You Sure pop-up window, click OK.
B) Terminate Account in MyUnity
1) After logging into ManageEngine, choose the User Management tab in the left-hand column.
2) Click on Modify Single User under User Management and User Creation.
3) Search for the user by their first name and name, then click Search.
4) Under the Action tab, click Modify User.
5) Check the Account is disabled checkbox, and then click Update User.
